Duck Race
Volunteers Needed!
Ducks on the Dan Derby Duck Race
Planning is
underway for the 3rd Annual
Ducks on the Dan Derby Duck Race
and Destination Downtown South
Boston (DDSB) is looking for
volunteers to help with the race.
DDSB would like to thank the public
for all their support, the sponsors
and all the many volunteers who made
the 1st annual duck race such a
success. We are looking forward to
and planning the 2010 duck race and
hope to make it even bigger and
better.
The key to a successful duck race is
the many volunteers it takes to put
it on. We are looking for
enthusiastic volunteers to help plan
the duck race, chair sub-committees,
sell adoptions, do data entry, plan
the duck tagging party, work with
the media, and the list goes on.
If anyone is
interested in becoming involved in
this fun event, please call the
Quackline at 434-575-6246, or
email . Duck Derby Three is
off to a Speck-Quack-ular start.
Come join the fun!
